I had a really nice massage today! It was my first time, and Ioana really listened to my wishes and did a great job focusing on the areas that needed extra attention. I feel completely relaxed and loose again. Despite my very tight and painful muscles, the massage wasn’t painful at all. It was a very pleasant experience. I'll definitely be coming back!

I have been going here for a while now and oh how my body has improved! I experience no more pain (in my back) and am able to move more freely! Ioana unlocked my hips yesterday and today at my refomer workout I noticed significant difference in my reach! Aside from that, during the treatment you feel taking care of and safe. I can't recommend her enough, she has healing hands and is such a kind soul overal <3

Once I had a nerve blocked and I couldn't move my shoulder, and after the treatment with Ioana, it became much better the day after, and I was glad I could work. It became recovered very quickly after, I was very happy with the help I received.
