Hi, I’m Ioana.
After facing my own health challenges over ten years ago, my work became deeply connected to helping people understand their body, move with more confidence, and feel supported in daily life.
I understand the frustration that can come with pain, restriction, and feeling limited in your body.

Through Integrated Body Therapy, I combine assessment-led therapeutic bodywork, movement awareness, myoskeletal alignment principles, soft tissue techniques, and guided self-care education to support better body understanding, movement confidence, and functional ease.

Our Booking PolicyWe kindly requre for at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule so the slot can be offered to another client; late cancellations incur a 50% fee. Late arrivals may shorten your session. Thank you for helping us stay on schedule.

Sometimes the body needs more than a standard follow-up. Restriction may feel layered, more than one area may be involved, or your body may need more time to settle, respond, and integrate.
This session gives more space for therapeutic bodywork, movement awareness, and self-care guidance without rushing the process.

The goal is to help your body feel more supported when the pattern is not simple, isolated, or ready to change through short-term relief alone.

If your body feels restricted, tense, guarded, or disconnected, it can be hard to know where to begin. You may have tried different treatments, exercises, or quick fixes, but still feel that the same tension or limitation keeps returning.

This first session gives us time to understand your body properly. We look at how your body moves, where it may be protecting, and how different areas may be compensating. The session includes both assessment and hands-on therapeutic bodywork, so you are supported from the first appointment.

Because this is a focused session, we work with the area or pattern that needs the most attention, rather than trying to address the whole body in one appointment.
The goal is to help your body feel more supported, maintain progress, and continue moving with more confidence and ease.

- you have already had your first session
- one main area or pattern needs attention
- you want focused follow-up support
- you want to maintain progress

This session is for clients whose body needs a slower pace, deeper attention, and more space to respond.

This session creates the space for assessment-led therapeutic bodywork, movement awareness, and guided self-care support to work together without rushing the body’s process.
The goal is to support your body in a way that feels complete, careful, and deeply guided.

Kinesiology Taping

Kinesiotaping is a therapeutic technique used to support muscles and joints, allowing for normal movement. Elastic tape is applied to the skin in specific patterns based on the area being treated and the functional goal. The tape works by gently lifting the skin, which can improve local circulation and lymphatic drainage. This may help reduce pain, swelling, and inflammation, while providing light stabilisation to the affected area without restricting mobility.
Additionally, kinesiotaping is commonly used in cases of muscle overload, joint instability, postural imbalance, and during the recovery or prevention of injuries. It can be applied on its own or in combination with other treatments to support the body between sessions.
The application is adapted to the individual and the condition being addressed, allowing the tape to assist movement, posture, and muscular function during daily activities.
